MegaStar Chiranjeevi is currently busy with Acharya, Koratala Siva is handling the project. The shooting got paused due to Covid-19 pandemic. The movie unit is in plans of releasing the film in 2021 summer. In the mean time Chiranjeevi is making plans for his next projects.
We already know that he has decided to do the 'Lucifer' remake under the direction of 'Sahoo' fame Sujeeth. However that project is on hold as Chiranjeevi did not like the changes made by Sujeeth. If not Sujeeth, this will be directed by VV Vinayak. But before it gets finalised, he has decided to complete another film.
As per reports, Meher Ramesh approached Chiranjeevi for Tamil blockbuster Vedalam's remake. Chiru impressed with the changes in the script and gave his consent. Anil Sunkara will bankroll this project under his A.K Entertainments. Shooting will start next year. Official announcement will be made soon.
